The Prestige Series P500RSIB gas grill has it all. This cart model has all the features of a full outdoor kitchen. It has four main burners as well as an infrared rear and side burner. With this combination of burners, the P500RSBPCH can cook food in at least eight different ways. You can cook up to 30 hamburgers over the main burners, and up to eight over the infrared side burner. Every P500RSIB grill has been tested before packaging so you can turn it on and use it immediately after it's out of the box. Plus, the stainless steel construction assures you that it will last for years to come.
A PROFUSION OF CHARACTERISTICS
Made of shiny and durable 304 stainless steel, the sleek P500RSIB grill is rust and corrosion resistant. It’s not just its exterior that is durable, however. Under the lid, the same premium stainless steel is used for the bowl, tube burners, stacked burner plates, and even the wiggly rod cooking grates. The wavy design of Napoleon's cooking grates allows for even heat distribution and prevents small pieces of food from falling between the stems. The Prestige Series P500RSIB grill features seven stacked stainless steel burner plates. They provide more surface area for fat vaporization and thus help to enhance the flavor of food. In addition, their special design makes them easier to clean, as they have no place where grease deposits can form.
The large side shelves are also made from premium stainless steel, and feature cup holders or condiment trays on the front so everything you need is close at hand. One of the two shelves also features a SIZZLE ZONE® infrared side burner, which heats up in seconds to a temperature of almost 1,800° F and sear meats to perfection. Sear steaks on a high heat to trap the juices, then finish them on the main grill for flawless, restaurant-like cooking.
